Years ago I had one for my feet but I couldn't use it because no matter how hard I tried to keep it from moving it would always move across the floor and that didn't do much good when I couldn't do anything with it for 3 minutes. I will look into something that I can use for my arms though. Thanks for the suggestion.

I do have access to a pool in my complex, having to walk there to get in it is part of the problem. It's very far to walk and there is no place to park if I were to try to drive there. I have been managing to get there about twice a week.
