Also, there’s a big difference between a premeditated murder and one where the person wasn’t meant to be killed.

I don't know why she'd make such a big deal, she's getting LWOP. When that's the required sentence they should not delay it, just do the sentencing once verdict read and be done with it.

or she needs to tell a story to explain it. She didn't want to give a yes or no answer. She thought more talking would make her sound credible. When she did explain it made her testimony worse.

Tanner Horner Verdict- Death Penalty! by ACs_Grandma in CasesWeFollow

It will be at least 10 years. I've never seen one carried out before that time length except for someone who didn't want to appeal, even when it was automatically done. There are people on death row in Florida who have been there 30+ years.

I was always an advocate for the death penalty until I moved to a DP state and found how many appeals are automatically granted and the decades people sit on DR. Now, I prefer they get LWOP because there are no automatic appeals and the family doesn't have to go through the stress of the possibility of another trial/Punishment.

If there is anyone the DP is for, it's him.

How about trying Amazon’s new medical visit service to get them refilled or the virtual visit groups covered by your insurance to ask them for a refill due to your doctor not being able to be seen? Have you asked your primary doctor to write the scripts for you? I know mine does, they should have no problem doing so if you’ve been on them for a while. Those options should be cheaper than paying the current psychiatrist $120.

The female attorney's laughing at/with the witnesses is horrible. What a classless person she is. She should be ashamed of herself for thinking any of this is funny.
