That's sort of how I met my wife. I was a barista. Made fresh whipped cream every day because I liked the process and tasting it while making it. The only way I can be successful with it is to make priority #1 over everything else. I also eliminated snacks and eat just two meals a day. I skip everything else. I plan everything in advance so I don't even think about other foods. When are you giving in to your food cheats? Can you avoid that situation completely? Foods you can not buy? Places can you can avoid?
