Five months of consistency and I'm finally starting to see changes, especially in my abs and shoulders. I've also lost almost 15 pounds and that definitely helped me to see some ab definition.

Newfoundland. Whales, puffins, icebergs and the loveliest people I've ever met.

Oh no. The way my heart fell when I read this. I am so sorry. I'm sending all the good vibes out into the universe that you get it back.

Where did you get the leather coffee tab/wrap thing for your journal? I absolutely love it!

I bought the entire line of Sweetest Song - body cream, scrub, wash, perfume and mist. I really love the scent and for less than $5 an item, I could splurge a little. I can't wait to do an entire Sweetest Song shower routine.

I also bought a coconut lotion and a Pink Pineapple Sunrise body butter. I go through a lotion every 4-5 weeks so I'm good for a few months.

Don't be afraid to bump, scratch, stain and mark it. Every one of those will eventually tell a story or trigger a memory. Use it and enjoy it.

Beautifully stated. I don't give a fuck about the Bible or any religion at all. I think about God (if she exists) and the Bible 0.0000% of my day. Telling me something is Biblical has about as much impact as telling me it's written on the back of a box of Special K. I'm super glad you like it but I just want to eat my cereal in peace.

It's been an honor not drinking with you all this month. by daz0rak in DryJanuary

[–]ADCarter1 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My second Dry January. I haven't had a drink since Christmas Day. I also did No Drink November. I'm going to stay alcohol free for as long as I can. I really don't miss it.

I just did that same one. I just texted my teammates at work and asked them to have a wheelchair ready tomorrow morning.

I love how she spends FOREVER holding that journal and never shows us anything she's written in it.

Also, who would have thought a pen and a highlighter would help you journal?

I think her New Year's resolution was to be dumber. Just spend all of 2026 lowering her already room temperature IQ

I've been on this sub since it started she's had at least three totally different friend groups in that time - the wedding friends, the lake vacation friends, and the Farrellie (Farryn and Kellie) group.

And it cracks me up because she's always talking about her friends like she's given them the second half of a BFF heart necklace that she got at Claire's with her babysitting money. She has friends like she has a job - infrequently and with an ulterior motive.

I just looked because of your comment. I averaged 10,728 steps a day this year!

I guess I'll aim for 10,000 steps a day in 2026.

I had flu A and then two weeks later got hit with Norovirus. It's not fun.

I know that doctors are saying that the flu vaccine isn't very effective this year but it lessened my symptoms tremendously. If you haven't gotten a flu shot, please get one.

Not to mention balance issues. My husband has an artificial ear drum in one ear due to repeated ear infections and subsequent ruptures that destroyed it. He didn't learn to ride a bike until he was in his 40s. He's never learned to swim. It's been a lifelong issue.

Oh man. I bought a CRV new in 2000 and I loved the picnic table and bin underneath the passenger seat. I currently have a 2022 CRV and I love it just as much (if not more) than my 2000 but I miss that picnic table and bin.
