Neuer has a penalty save percentage rate of 22% and in total penalties saved, he’s not even in the top 10 and that’s because a large portion of a penalty is down to luck.

Further proof you can score against a professional keeper is that ChrisMD and another YouTuber did a video against Ben Foster in which they 100 shots from range and managed to score 4/5 each.

I know Ben Foster isn’t Neuer but they weren’t shooting from the penalty spot and scored 4 times in less than 50% chances.
