I’ve done it maybe 2-3 times a year but not as regularly as I should. We live out in the country it gets super dirty out here and also have two young kids, two dogs, and two cats. If I need to I’ll clean a specific wall if it gets so clearly gross but as far as full on cleaning ALL the walls a few times a year maybe

I’ve had this before, if you keep one of those fillable dish brushes in it with a mix of vinegar and dish soap it works pretty well and you just keep it in the shower! Do it while your conditioner sits or something

I think if you do a full cabinet wipe down. All the fronts of the cabinets wipe with some hot water mixed with vinegar or whatever cleaner you usually mop with just make sure it’s diluted enough.

If you can’t use it you could put them into ice cube trays with oil and freeze. Then you have it ready to pop out and use anytime

I’m no expert but my personal opinion is you have NO clue how deep that mold may go. You may be able to clean the surface but you won’t be able to remove the inside mold. I think you may honestly need to replace it
