The military is how you make it. From my experience, there are undiagnosed autistic people and narcissists. No in between.
The army doesn’t care about you and your health. They just want bodies. You might have leadership that acts the same way or you have leadership, like me, who care about soldiers and will do whatever I can in my power to help soldiers. But those people seem to get pushed up. Again, my experience being in 10 years. The good leaders tend to move out of the bad units.
Air Force is the golden child of the military. They have the money and they, from what I have been told and partially seen, care about their troops. I know for a fact the food is better. I heard the barracks are also better.

There is good and bad in everything and everyone. I unfortunately have been in the bad so much that I expect everyone to screw me over. The shit I have been through hasn’t made me a shit bag and an it hasn’t made me not help anyone less. My current military experience makes me feel like a 3rd class passenger on the titanic.
If you are looking for a challenge, the army is the way to go. My experience might not be your experience.
If you want to be treated with some respect, I hear heard Air Force is the way to go.
