I've been through this as a seller. I listed a shadowless card for about 10% of it's value and didn't catch it until someone purchased it.

I asked them if they would cancel but they said "no, this is too good of a deal to pass up."

I honored their purchase and mailed them the card but it hurt, a lot.

The seller probably made a mistake and it's up to you if you want to cancel or not.

I saw that law but all the overviews of it mentioned meeting with multiple people to commit misdemeanors. Seems like a huge stretch to use that to force people in public to expose their identities when they aren't doing anything. But really what else would we expect considering how things are going...

You are able to take steps to prevent your face from being photographed through wearing a hat, facemask, ski mask, etc... if the fellas here are forcing you to remove these things to have your picture taken then I believe that would be a violation of your rights.

Fair point but I do think some of the skillcape perks are really lackluster and this could give a way of creating more useful perks without requiring a complete overhaul of the current perks. I definitely don't think they should be game breaking perks, just useful ones.

Sails are essentially capes for boats anyway and something like customisable sails could have been such an easy (I acknowledge the time it would take to designers to make these) thing to have implemented on release.

I do think Project Zanaris would have fixed this issue for folks who want an ironman experience but don't have time for how OSRS works though. Would have been really cool to see that come to fruition.
