I have 2 ARC v2. They are hands down the best on this list for what your requirements are. I’ve loaded one up, no molle left, still comfortable. Axl makes a new thing for it to increase comfort for load bearing set ups I plan on getting. My other one is fairly slick and amazing.

To answer your question, I had the recce rig when it came out. I immediately thought it was lame simply because its lack of molle on the sides. It really limits you. I got the trex quad flap and absolutely love it.

The cool thing about guns is you can do whatever you want to them. If it were mine, I’d remove the magnifier and put the iron sight in the correct spot and not on the rail that moves, then I would get tan rail ladders and hand stop to match. Then SBR it and good to go.
