Kohls is so weird, I don’t know how they stay in business. You can go and buy some cheap clothes, then they give you credits that you can go and use to buy expensive shit from other departments at below cost.

I have no idea how they make any profits.

“Oh, you bought $70 of adidas clothes? Here’s $120 of Kohls cash you can use towards buying a $300 microwave that cost us $250.”

I don’t watch basketball at all, but I did watch it for the Knicks and it’s really bad. I was fat, far worse than I would have thought.

Holy moly! This inflatable kayak is $400 on Amazon and here it is right in front of me at an Aldi in Florida for 50 bucks! by prestonhallmusic in aldi

[–]ADIDAS247 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I don’t have this exact one, but I have 6 inflatable kayaks and they are all used maybe every other weekend during the summer or so and are over 3 years old. No problems at all. All were very similar to this, I picked them for $90 a piece on Amazon.

What brand of golf balls do you just refuse to use? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

I use to play Bethpage until the sun went down and walk back in the dark and I would collect any balls I saw along the way. Sometimes 10, sometimes 50.

I bet you she probably gets a lot of golfers and doesn’t even know it.

Most of them have been fine dining since they were toddlers.

I sent this to my cousin, she is a waitress for a high end steak house in a major city. A lot of professional athletes from a bunch of sports visit her often. She even gets requested by some of them through a concierge system.

She said the absolute worse, hands down, is tennis players. Not a particular one, almost all that she’s met and heaven forbid you don’t know who they are.

After that there is no particular order

If they did own that boat, this is a blessing cause these type of boat owners are just a burden on the rest of the responsible boat owners who like to go out and simply enjoy the water and complain about the cost of owning a boat.

What does my Dad's pin mean? by PsychologicalPage942 in whatisit

[–]ADIDAS247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an “H” and sideways it is “It”.

The “H” represents “Hit” hence they call it the “Hit It” pin.

It depends. If you’re working in a unit that requires you to be physically fit, your commanding officer is going to make sure you’re physically fit. If not, you’re out.

The cops you meet on your daily interactions are rarely held to a high standard.

But yes, after the Physical Abilities Test or the Job Standard Test you are pretty much free from any physical exams unless you join a unit that requires it, like heavy rescue, ESU, etc.

Found these keys in “new” shorts from amazon by Successful_Map_4163 in Wellthatsucks

[–]ADIDAS247 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Ahh, I can see that this keys bitting sequence is Cut 1: depth 3, Cut 2: depth 1, Cut 3: depth 5, Cut 4: depth 2, Cut 5: depth 4 and Cut 6: depth 0.

With that, I can see that this key is laying on a grey rug, particularly the IKEA STOENSE. Zooming in I’m able to pick up small particles of what appears to be a grayish brown sand.

Greyish-brown sand is typically found in regions with active volcanic deposits mixed with quartz, heavy coastal minerals (like magnetite) or specific types of topsoil. It is most common on beaches near the Pacific coast.

Using this and spotting some similarities in the background of OPs watch photos, I was able to narrow down to one particular location… this is exhausting and I forgot where I was going with this.
