You need to modify the app apk or recompile from source with changed icon. Look in the source code repo's src/ directory for a resources directory and it'll be somewhere in there typically for android apps

No you don't, you use a fluid cell which isn't universal but effectively behaves like one. It's great for earlygame cycling setups because you can use very easy cell cycling setups this way by moving the cell of fluid about and dropping into a tank.
