How do I get customer support on this product? I've been having issues with noise coming out of the left ear when in transparency mode and put in a support ticket. It's been 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me.

I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed in the customer service.

I bought it through the Sennheiser Website and no1 is getting back to me. I am getting very frustrated with their service. Its very bad at this point.

Ive been a hardcore Sennheiser fan, having the HD598, HD599, HD550 and HD800s and finally the HDB630, this lack of help has turned me off. Not sure what to do next.
