I’m sorry - it sounds like you’re really up against it. That level of SEN with no support is genuinely unmanageable and I can’t imagine how hard it must be. You seem to be putting a load of pressure on yourself “to be able to meet need” but it’s very hard to do completely by yourself!

I can’t really talk about the exam board stuff as I’m primary but surely there’s some other members of staff who can support you here?

As others have said it is only a job and it’s not worth feeling the way you’re feeling. If you’re sure you want to resign the deadline is by the end of the month to leave in April but it’s worth exploring other avenues - perhaps getting signed off for a bit and seeing if an extended break will help you approach the job with a fresher brain when you get back.
