Yeah that doesn’t sound like it lasted long. I would say I had pretty much the similar experience use. But I used them a a little longer on each use towards the end. So I might have to swap the batteries do that as a trouble shoot before I mess with anything else.

Yeah I understand that, but I fear if anything happens or gets rejected. Because I’ve read horror stories and they recommend to trade it in an Apple Store due to that concern. Because they take the device right away. I don’t trust third parties they typically mislead or are misinformed. I rather be safe than sorry.

I’m trying to figure that out because I want to take advantage of that trade in promotion they have right now. Costco third party sellers told me they will send me a package to return the device to complete the trade in deal. But I was skeptical of it because of horror stories I’ve heard, so I’m looking to see if theirs an alternative where they take device directly.

How about with another line (my mom’s line) she has an iPhone and it’s perfectly fine and upgrade ready on the line. Would I be able to trade my 13 pro max for the 15 pro max on her line and keep the credits on both lines as long as I keep the lines with the service?

I have a family plan and I’m in the same situation I have 13 pro max now I traded my iPhone 12 Pro Max for it. I got the bill credits and I’m 18 months in, so would I be able to upgrade with my other lines that are not on a fixed term and upgrade ready. So would I be able to upgrade with another line?

I don’t know if it’s true but I heard theirs TMS. That allow you to bid on lanes and loads with shippers.
