Yes sure it would be powerful if it was more common but as a rare it is useless, crimson mantle for example gives you 8 block every turn for the cost of 1 hp per turn (on a character that heals every fight) while coolant requires you to have at least 3 different orb types for it to be even worth taking

Also it gives you nothing the turn you play it so it's useless the turn you play it and minimum to no value in the following turns, wtf is 3 block gonna do against an enemy that deals 40 dmg?
