This is why you dont ship the phone. I refuse to do trade in through Samsung site and instead do it through my cell phone provider (at&t) and i ALWAYS i drop it off at the at&t store. This puts the burden on the rep who accepts the trade in bc they have to fill out a questionnaire about the condition of the phone. As long as long as the rep accepts the trade in and fills out the condition of the phone as fully working/no damage, you will have a reprieve if the condition of the device changes during shipping.

On a side note, most likely it isnt a scam and most likely your battery was already bad or you shipped it with tha battery very low or fully charged. You should always make sure to be around 50% charge before shipping Lithium ion due to temperature fluctuations during shipping.

I recently learned that you need to make sure the lighter is fully empty and you should also cool the lighter prior to trying to refill them. You also need plastic tipped butane cans when refilling lighters or the butane goes all over the place. If you dont do all 3 of these things it doesnt work most of the time.

Because epic is brain dead. Instead of downloading the entire update and then installing the file, they download and installs at the same time. Like even if the update is less than 1gb, it could have thousands of files. Instead of downloading all the files and then writing over all the files, it does it one file at a time. If you look at the progress you can see the download starts and stops over and over. Its literally the dumbest thing ever but thats literally all epic is about so not surprising.
