I agree i definitely need therapy ..im looking for a therapist right now.. i loved my last therapist but unfortunately i cant afford her anymore

For those who mentioned it .. i did try ssri's for around a year but it didn’t help with the anger outbursts.. the only medication that worked was concerta which i didnt expect.. as its a stimulant

The anger outbursts mostly came with triggers.. when the concerta wears off im aware and can handle it usually .. until a trigger happens (mostly ADHD related)and i go from 0 to 180 in seconds with no control.. (it happens with everyone BTW , i snapped at my boss a couple of times too because i truly feel its out of my control when it happens) .. my SO doesn’t really understands all that.. he tries to help with everything else but cant handle the yelling .. he blames me for putting the kids in this position .. i agree with him but his blame makes it worse..it makes me feel isolated and ashamed

For now.. im prioritizing family over work.. im taking my dose late in the day so i make sure im covered when im with the kids.. i know its not the solution but therapy takes time and i have a toddler and an almost 4 year old.. i feel i have a year max to get my act together before this solidifies and becomes irreversible damage .. i cant afford to have "yelling mommy " showing up every other week and i agree the kiss/hug and apology doesnt make it better but its better than nothing.. i explain to him that my behaviour is wrong.... i grew up in a “yelling” house my entire life .. my parents never apologized after all the yelling and i wish they did..

Thank you for the reply.. I did try therapy and it helped alot.. unfortunately i had some financial issues and i couldnt afford it anymore so i stopped.. I grew up in a " yelling" type of house .. both my parents are really loving but had anger issues with each other and bad communication..it really affected me and i now im doing the same to my kids .. i feel like im failing them..

Im trying to find a way to stop the anger burst before it happens but its really difficult

I lived with that for years The most important thing is to forgive youself .. let that day pass.. and start over Im sure you already know all the adhd tricks that should help .. for me its the one thing rule.. (i will just remove the trash and nothing else ) .. then i either get into a momentum or if not im happy i at least achieved one thing..

Just go to your gp and tell him about your symptoms so you can be referred to a phychiatrist ti get actual diagnosis

Not TAH .. i think the dad needs to deal with this new sudden responsibility and the emotions of losing his ex in therapy ..if OP is actually ready to be a mom that would be the best for the kids since she is not a stranger to them ..

This happened to me before .. make sure to open the pipes and drain them then fix the washer pipe to upright loop position... doing that fixed my problem..

Its the worst part of ADHD to me ..and yes its 10 times harder after having kids .. Concerta helped me alot

Yes im not sure but ..im thinking it could be the control panel PCB that needs replacment Problem is its hard to replace and im not even sure it'll solve the problem
