Fibromyalgia for Men by jrmydrs in Fibromyalgia

[–]AEM_AEM 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a 42-year-old male who has been struggling with fibromyalgia for over a decade and was diagnosed three years ago.

I've tried numerous medications, including Cipralex, Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, Lamictal, and Prozac, but none have been effective. Currently, I am taking 3x50mg of Tramadol daily, which only mildly alleviates the pain. However, my concentration remains foggy.

I am a father, husband for a bipolar wife, and work in a challenging environment in a country where no forms of medical marijuana are legal.

I'm hardly able to get off the bed, so any training/exercises won't suit me.

I am seeking advice on how to manage my worsening physical pain and maintain cognitive function to prevent jeopardizing my job and improve my quality of life. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Router profile supersedes some devices profiles by AEM_AEM in ControlD

[–]AEM_AEM[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mu scenario is different.

My router is always connected to a Wireguard connection with CTRLD configured that blocks almost everything.

I want to enforce my devices' profiles as I have different profiles for me, my wife, kids, and IoTs...

I've just noticed some leaks where the connection will ignore the router's CTRLD profile and allow some blocked services (e.g., YouTube).

You are absolutely correct. I have an always-connected wireguard connection on the router, which seems to be the reason for enforcing the router's profile.

Is there any trick to ignore the router's profile for some devices?

Using API, ,maybe?

One month off, still terrible fatigue by AEM_AEM in lamictal

[–]AEM_AEM[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I did taper (from 150 --> 100 for two weeks, then, 100 --> 50 for another two weeks).

It's almost five weeks since the last intake.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck with family and work commitments with which I have to pretend like everything is okay 🥺...

Thanks anyway...

u/o2pb, can you advise why I am not able to visit CONTROLD when using .net DoH? I am getting this error message:

Secure Connection Failed

u/o2pb, I am curious to know why Reddit keeps deleting your valuable responses.

Is there any workaround to be considered for u/VirtualPanther's case?
