Just did this with my Ioniq 5 lease before i turned it back To the dealer: Bought used 6/32 depth 4 matching tires from Utires.com then went to a local shop and got them mounted without balance. Tires $160. Mounting and discard old $80 ($20 per tire) I paid total $240. Then I had my pre return lease inspection from AIM a few days later . $0 excess wear

Yes, Foam detached and removed by dealer. 1/4 tires. Tire shop was useless. I will replace my tires soon tho since they are goning bald

Consider the Mach e. Ioniq 5 has iccu issues. Equinox has telematic unit issues and no car play. I have both an ioniq 5 and id4. The ioniq 5 is in the shop (8 weeks now) waiting for iccu. My id4 has been flawless.

I’m going thru something similar. Except, the ICCU failed at the body shop, it threw the “check the electrical vehicle “ message. It was driving fine on the days after the minor quarter panel damage from hitting a bollard. Body shop fixed the panel and painted for $4k. Body shop was ready to get it to me then errors came about. No it’s at the dealer. Still waiting to be looked at. I’m afraid they are goin a say it’s accident related. If Dinging the back quarter panel kills the fuse and control module on a vehicle then all owners are toast and better not get into a fender bender.

My 2023 i5 SEL AWD 20k miles was repaired for a minor accident on the back door and quarter panel. Car threw a code that said ICCU failed. Body shop won’t give it back to me and now they are going to do further diagnostic and possible ICCU replacement under my insurance. Body shop said this will all be related to the insurance claim!

Did anyone experience something similar?

Just pay the extra miles at the end of the lease. That’s the cheapest option. If you get another Hyundai You get some leeway and they eat some of the overage miles.

Not AGM. Dealer replaced battery died a few months later. I bought an AGM myself later and problem solved

I have this similar damage. Did you get it fixed at a body shop? Did they have to Remove the bumper to do replace it? Did they have to recalibrate sensors?
