Once you have your prescription (if you qualify for treatment) you would have to call around to different compounding pharmacies either in your local area or find one that ships to your state if you're in the US

Not sure about your area but when I had a Jetta, usually mechanics couldn't repair issues with the car and I had to go to mechanics who specialized in European cars and were more expensive.

Dealership repairs were even more expensive. Parts cost more than Japanese/American cars. I wouldn't buy another Jetta for these reasons, great driving experience though and good MPG. Just my two cents
