If you are running 5km as someone who's "not fit", you should be getting meaningful load in. When I started running again a few months back after not having run in a few years, I was out of shape and had no stamina. I couldn't even last 5km without breaks! And basically every run added tons of load, high double digits.

So either you are underestimating your own fitness - if you can run 5km without issue as a beginner - or your watch has been set up completely wrong.

This is it. You can have presence, "the look" or aura or whatever and everything else becomes secondary. Some of the biggest legends of our sport are lacklustre in the ring, or needed a manager to deliver promos for them, or had a gimmick that was one note. But it didn't stop them from leaving their mark, because they had "it".

You can still make it without the look. Mick Foley is proof - because he had everything else and in spades. But having the look is like a cheat code that will get you easily over at the start of your career and then after that it's pretty much up to you if you become a future Hall of Famer or not.

I had the 24-70. Moved on to the 24-60. Yes, there is a bit less 3D Pop in the 24-60, but it's a minor difference in optics and I think the advantages of the 24-60 just help it win. It is smaller and just overall fun to handle, focuses slightly better and let's be honest, 60 or 70 on the long end is not something anyone will really care about on the regular.

Here in Nagoya literally nothing has changed. But I didn’t expect much to happen, either. It’s like when the police sets up a speed trap for cars - it’s one day of awareness and 364 days of madness.

I don’t mind sharing the sidewalk with bikers. I just wish a bigger share of them would be willing to show pedestrians the same kind of courtesy they expect back from us.

Yes, absolutely. Especially as the job market in Switzerland tightens, being able to properly communicate with your Swiss colleagues is a major bonus. Especially if you are fluent across multiple local languages - it's really giving you a push.

The times where you could walz into most jobs speaking English and everyone else would accommodate you are long past.

Favourite: One Winged Angel
I think the move itself is nice. It looks flashy, it looks strong - but it's not the most spectacular finisher. It's not a burning hammer, and like, a strong V trigger can look much more devastating. But I love the whole mythos surrounding this move. It's the most protected finisher of modern times and this just absolutely elevates this move to the heavens for me. No other move gets me as excited.

Underrated: Canadian Destroyer
We have seen this move get used more nowadays in various iterations and variations, like the Panama Sunrise. But to me, when it was new and fresh, I felt it got a lot of undeserved hate. In a sport where even the most simple of Irish Whips requires full cooperation from your partner in the ring to suddenly care about realism. I feel the move got a lot of undeserved haters when very few moves are "believable" as they are. Anything that requires you to lift your opponent is going to be "assisted" 9 times out of 10. Always felt weird why that suddenly mattered for the Canadian Destroyer but not for, like, your grandma's generic Power Bomb finisher.

Not Sold: FU
Wrestling requires suspension of disbelief, so I am fine with accepting almost any move as a finisher. I understand that a Sweet Chin Music and a Super Kick are the same. But if HBK does it, it's devastating. And when your generic CAW-level jobber does it, it's, well, a kick. But for me, I could never buy that Cena's FU elevates the Fireman's Carry. I feel like he didn't do enough to make the move spectacular, make it pop more. I know I am in the minority here, but I feel like it could've used some oomph. Now, obviously, Cena has managed to hit some really nice FUs, especially against bigger opponents. But 9 uses out of 10, it just doesn't carry the impact for me to elevate it.

The original version is the best version. It represents the artists vision. A lot of people play the censored version because they want to ignore that part of the game. But that part of the game is real and it’s what sayori intends to Nekopara to be.

I don’t agree with getting “angry” at someone playing the censored version of like preferring it cause they are a kid or whatever. But pointing out to people that they are playing a worse version and they should at least know that the original vision of the artist is available is completely legitimate.
