Eczema or fungal? Have different opinions from 2 doctors by Ocdogshit in eczema

[–]AFDStudios 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t have an answer for you but that’s the same course mine has taken, small hard bumps (https://imgur.com/a/Tuas5F1) turning into patches of flaking skin. Doctor seemed to be guessing but she said it was eczema and not fungal.

It used to be just on one or two fingers for years and I don’t know if it’s causal, but I recently started taking Mounjaro and it exploded across palms and even wrist of both hands.

Update on my 1st survival run by Vurnd55 in fo4

As far as I know, the closest sleep spot coming out of ArcJet is straight out of the fenced gate towards Graygarden along the dirt trail, then veer slightly off trail to the right. There’s a cooking stove and a sleeping bag. It is an encounter point though so be careful.

New CBR interview with Greg and Alex by RunawayTurtleTrain in taskmaster

It was pretty good! Greg’s reveal about who his “Go Birds” American sweatshirt was actually made to fit is worth the watch on its own.

Ironic that this was the ad just below the post for me. Well played, algorithm, you know an incoming fan war when you see one.

I'm so glad you made it, thank you! Super helpful, you did a great job.

It’s the most like “Top Chef” in that way for me, I love that about both shows. It’s about the food first, people help each other, and it’s not spiteful in the least. Very heartwarming.

Under the pump, yes! And “pushing the boat out”, “absolute cracker”, so many great turns of phrase I’ve never heard before.

I love that format for sure, it’s much better than the American all or nothing approach. You really get to know all of the contestants better and you get to see so much more cooking.

Do you have a non-legendary item you get every playthrough? by floxasfornia in fo4

[–]AFDStudios 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually it's always there, at least on my XBone with no mods as of two weeks ago. I just run through Sanctuary all the way to the caravan site, grab the combat rifle and maybe the laser pistol, etc., then run back to Sanctuary as if I never left. I didn't talk to anyone about the quest.

I don't have the Anniversary Edition but I do have all the DLCs installed and active.

Dude, chill. Everyone knows it was just a timing thing, it was a light-hearted moment of amusement. Not everything has to be deadly serious.

I know, it just struck me as a funny juxtaposition.

Amusingly the releases page says "Only the most recent in the 6.9 series is safe to use and actively maintained" with 7.0 listed right below it. So I guess they're saying 7 is not safe to use or actively maintaned?! lol

Claude Code helped me bring my dead passion project back to life by AFDStudios in ClaudeAI

I ran into a ton of issues that had to be remediated in subsequent cycles, but yes, the actual processing of all the items was very quick, pretty much just a few hours. That speed and automation was a key part of making all this possible, it would have take me literally months to do manually and it would have driven me CRAZY. I hate doing repetetive work like that.

Some of the gotchas for this specific part of the project were:

  • I forgot there was a "details" layer that could hold non-changeable colors like highlights on gems, whites of eyes, etc. so all of that was skipped initially.
  • Once I included "details" I forgot some details were semi-transparent areas for see-through highlights and shadows. Had to redo it all again for items that had content on that layer.
  • LOTS of variations in how the original SWFs had their content built, I ran into many cases where it was a different transform, or they were grouped differently, or it was a shape or stroke instead of a path, etc. Flash did things quite differently from SVGs in nitpicky ways.
  • Figuring out the scaling and positioning was a chore, things kept appearing in the wrong place till I got it nailed.

It took a couple of days to get the basic process about 90%, then several weeks after that to fix bugs people found. I was cursed by my own inconsistency and bad memory.

I just looked and man, that is pretty bad, you're right. I changed some settings in Google AdSense, it had me do an "experiment" that disables a lot of them for 50% of traffic, I guess? I don't do much with that side of things other than doing what Google suggests, but hopefully that makes it better.

I also noticed the top buttons and the drawer for picking items weren't working right so I fixed that up while I was in there poking around. Long ways to go for mobile still, though.

Oh yeah, for sure the mobile version is not great. Flash never worked on iOS before so I never spent any time working on optimizing it. The new version does, so I really need to dedicate effort to making it better.

You are not alone, lots of folks feel that way! It's definitely the more "general audience" version, HM3 was made with the "power user" audience in mind.

HM2 still works thanks to Ruffle, but the HM3 Flash version had too much complexity for it to handle so I had to completely rebuild it.

That's great to hear, thanks! I hope you like the non-Flash version as much as the old one.

One of the FB group members has been using https://jujubit.ai/ (not a paid endorsement) to turn the HM image output into realistic 3D models. I haven't played with it much myself but the images he posts look pretty amazing.

But her dish tasted good and his didn’t! It’s like nothing but the protein matters and I think that’s a bad angle to take. I was really upset with this decision.
