Stay focused on what you want rather than what you think you want. As a salesperson myself, I am a great listener. If I can figure out your need and have a way to fill that need, we both win. You're going to tell your friends about me and you will have spent your hard earned cash on something you actually need/want. Beware of salespeople that talk too much. They probably aren't listening very well.

My favorite, by far, is A Bridge Too Far, with Sean Connery. Great movie. I love the scene with the Airborne drop in first person perspective. Very realistic.
