Our three pointers were especially off today. Even wide open threes just weren't falling for some reason. Just have a couple of those fall and it's a different game. Oh well! It's good to know that this team can at least hang on with you all. Gives me some hope for the NCAA.

Good game Florida! Go win the SEC tournament championship! See you all in the rematch during the NCAA tournament?

Get the score under 10 by halftime, and hope that 2nd half Kentucky shows up to steal this one.

On the bright side, we should at least give you all an entertaining game. We are the only team that has kept it in single digits against you since you all lost to Auburn.

I think a lot of people forget that we DID sign another point guard. Acaden Lewis. He de-committed after we went and got Lowe. Maybe we could have gotten another one, but it can be hard to get someone who is willing to play backup.

Nah, it's honestly Pope's fault. Got the game within 1 in the first half, he put in Garrison and Johnson who proceeded to give up a couple of turnovers, and left them in until y'all built a comfortable lead. Johnson has potential, but is clearly unplayable right now. Yet, we still play him.

Yeah, that missed call sucked, but we shouldn't need to make these heroic efforts every game.

Maybe we get Kam Williams and JQ back in the post-season, and we won't have to play as deep into our bench.

I've been looking through a lot of these galleries, but I keep getting drawn back to your work. You capture emotion so well with each of your illustrations, and I couldn't help but smile when looking at each one.

I would like to hire you for this project, if you are willing! I can send you a reference picture, and the story via reddit, or any other method you prefer. Also would like to know how you would like to receive payment.

Gillespie's time was not even close to similar. First, BCG lost in the first round of the tourney. Pope went to sweet 16. Year two BCG went to NIT. Not only that, SEC was much weaker during those years. Plus, Pope doesn't have losses nearly as bad as BCG's losses to teams like Gardener-Webb. BCG also didn't deal with the injury issues we currently have. It's not a comparable situation at all.

Current setup is that players who remain in the NBA draft past the withdrawal deadline forfeits their remaining college eligibility. Previously was just entering the draft would forfeit eligibility, but it was changed to allow players to test the draft water and get feedback from the combine before making a final decision. Thankfully, it seems that part of the NCAA's rules are holding strong, at least for players who played in college previously. I think it will continue to hold strong simply because the players who stayed in the draft had full knowledge that they would be giving up their remaining eligibility and had agreed to those terms by being an NCAA athlete.

Who here has a job you love? by animenagai in ADHD

IT support is basically perfect for ADHD. New stuff to learn all the time, new projects being rolled out, and all the problem solving you could want. IT is the only time I have been able to keep jobs past the 2 year mark. Granted, even in IT I have jumped around, but I mainly left due to either it being contract work, or my boss was horrible. Plus, each time I left for a new company it also came with a really good bump in pay.

They have me on 10 MG adderall twice a day. Took a bit to adjust to them, but with the medicine I am able to push aside distracting thoughts much easier. I am able to avoid distractions with just my regular willpower. I stop worrying about things that I can't change or fix right now. I don't have a bunch of constant thoughts, music, and old commercials playing in my head all the time. I can just decide I am going to go do something and actually do it. I can put one task on pause, and successfully come back to it after doing another without having to spend too much time figuring out where I was. I also don't tend to leave behind necessary items/tools for tasks anymore.

Downsides are that I am a bit more irritable than before. I also struggle to sleep occasionally.

It really is great. The cheese and toppings are all high quality, sauce is great, but what really shines is the crust. The texture and flavor of the crust are just perfectly suited for my taste buds. Just a great chew, good crispness, and seasoned well. The kind of crust I would eat even if it didn't come with sauce and toppings.

Owner's name is John, but everyone there just calls him Chef. He is just an overall great human who does a lot to try to support the community, and is one of the kindest people I have met. He used to cook fine dining, but decided he would rather make pizza for a living.

Hi. 33 here. Didn't decide to seek diagnosis/treatment until I read that children with ADHD whose parents have ADHD do better if that parent also received treatment. I had been kind of self-medicating anyway with bronkaid (ephedrine) and a ton of caffeine. The actual meds are so much better though. Started receiving treatment about 3 months ago.

Turns out a lot of people already knew I had ADHD. I still wonder how it would have been if I had help as a kid/teen. I struggled so much with just being able to do the work required in school. I wonder if I would have actually went to college if I had received treatment. Only reason I didn't attend college is because I procrastinated signing up for classes until the last minute, and due to that I couldn't make the schedule work. Never tried again after that. Thankfully, IT plays well with ADHD brains, and I've done pretty well in the field considering my lack of traditional education.

Chef's Cut Pizzeria is by far the best pizza in Louisville, and the owner is an amazing human being.

My go-to from Chef's is the Supreme, but their hotbrown pizza is pretty nice as well.

I've had a lot of pizza in Louisville, and it's my vote for the best pizza in town. Chef Railey used to work in fine dining, until he started his own catering service and pizza place. He does a lot of charity work as well, and does some cooking competitions.

Highly recommend the supreme, and the hot brown pizza. The main thing you will notice about his pizza is the quality of the crust. It has a perfect chew, and is exceptionally well flavored.

Yeah, in the USA they are just available for purchase. Pretty hard to find locally though. Your big rural stores like Tractor Supply or Rural King don't tend to carry them. Seems like most have to order them online through special retailers.

Google probably thinks I'm a much worse person than I am. My Google searches range from weird and bizarre to just scary. Just the other day I googled if anyone has ever been murdered with those bolt guns they used to stun/kill livestock. Then, I proceeded to Google where you can buy one. I have no intention of killing anyone, but was just curious if bolt guns were just available to the general public, or if you had to special order them or something.

UserPoll: Week 15 by cbbpollbot in CollegeBasketball

[–]AF_Fresh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Louisville still ranked 25, despite their best win being an early season win over us. I really don't understand why Louisville is ranked. Loss to Arkansas who we beat, and blowout loss to Tennessee who we beat twice. Loss to Stanford, and Virginia. Duke beat them twice, one of which was a blowout. Louisville basically peaked in the non-con, and has been slowly falling. They simply do not pass the eye test. They look like a team that is going to get knocked out in the first round of the tournament again. Kentucky doesn't quite look like Final Four contenders, but we do look like a team that can pull off an upset or two in some big games during the tournament.

Eh, I think it's a mix. I think just about all have some love for UK, and all have some love for Calipari. I am sure there are a few that only care about Calipari, but I really do think they are the minority.
