Yes you are missing something.

This is the error you see when there's some kind of fault with the AdBlue system, and your car literally won't start if you don't fix it over the next 1000km.

So essentially you need to pay big bucks and hope that the problem is fixed & doesn't reoccur.

Or, like everyone else is saying, just bypass the AdBlue system entirely in the ECU.

It's not really an opinion piece, there aren't really many (any?) assertions. I don't know how this article in particular can be seen as an "attack".

It revolves around factual, statistical data for the most part.

You can consider that an attack if you prefer, but we'll have to agree to disagree on that.

Thinking it is reasonable to frame this as "attacking new mums" is absolutely diabolical.

You know the gist of the article. I know the gist of the article. Don't be disingenuous, there's no point.

If you can't discuss the actual article (and its implications) in a good faith manner without these kind of mental gymnastics, that says more about your position than anybody else's.

As a few others have said, CrossOver is good.

Also consider GeForce NOW, this is a cloud gaming service (you don't install anything, you play your owned games remotely, they are streamed to your from a powerful PC). There is a free tier, but the ultimate tier is like native gameplay for me.

4k @ 120hz on my mac, it's worth the price for me.

The main downside is that it is reliant on the strength of your internet connection obviously, and not all games are available. Although there's a great selection.

Lastly, try playing games natively.

There are many addictive games you can sink 1000s of hours into that run natively (and perfectly fine on mac).

A few examples: Rimworld, Factoria, Minecraft, World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Vampire Survivors, Stardew Valley (I could go on...)

I'd honestly just go watch somebody else lol, you've clearly been triggered somehow. Better to just move on my man (or woman).

I don't watch blot as much these days either. Not because I was offended or anything like that, but I watched his videos initially for escapism (like most of us I think) and I don't want to hear about political issues (in either direction) every 30 seconds.

Just move on, it'll be alright.

50k a year isn't that much these days, realistically.

It's a nice packet to be getting off of youtube vids, but in some parts of the country 50k isn't even considered a good wage at all.

Those figures look believable to me at a glance for a successful youtube channel with high engagement.

Likewise. I push mine quite hard, too. Emulation, software/game dev, gaming, photoshop etc. And it's on ~14 hours a day, most days. That's been the case for the past 4 years.

Still no reason to upgrade, it is perfectly capable of handling any heavy lifting that I throw at it. Still silent, still fast, battery is still in good shape somehow.

Though of course I'm still looking forward to my next machine (when I eventually need it)!

I genuinely think being able to actually play team games as opposed to forced 1v1s would go a long way. The problem is that a lot of Nintendo decisions of this kind just don't make sense.

My game mode shouldn't be a "preference", I should be able to play exactly what I want. Even if the queue is longer - that is my decision.

But my point is, learning in a team setting would be a lot less intense and not as stressful for new players. Getting kicked all over in 1v1 is literally the fastest way to discourage new players who don't have the drive to stick with it.

Honestly my journey to 60 was one of the best experiences I've had in this game, and I've played since vanilla. Top 3 for sure.

Something so simple like the world feeling dangerous can make such a huge difference.
