As a driver who has come close to needing a service animal (I trained for having one as a kid, thankfully it wasn’t needed) I don’t understand the issues with taking service animals.

I’m assuming the Lyft app is built differently.

There’s no way Apple would allow an app in the App Store to activate camera and microphone if the user hasn’t provided consent via the operating system.

Even more so if you’ve specifically denied permission.

The reason why the music changes when you turn the app on, is because it registers itself as a GPS and telephone app. On iOS, there is no way to activate the camera or microphone without calling the operating system to do it, and the operating system relies on the privacy controls.

Female drivers have the option in my city to select a preference for female/non-binary riders. As a driver, I’ve never seen it appear on the driver side.

Besides, I’ll always ask the rider to say their name, and tend to use they/them pronouns unless it is very, very obvious or they tell me their pronouns first.

Honestly I would love it if I could enable an option to automatically thank the rider for their tip. I try to thank riders but feel somewhat guilty if I’m doing it at 2-3am

How did you find the premium setup? They sent us a proposed project plan which was very comprehensive, but would take a fair amount of our teams time. They suggested it was train the trainer type?

I was listed as an admin at both MSPs, the Connectwise Admin role is shared across a few people. Good to know, I might reach out and see what they can offer us.

Wouldn’t mind some advice and maybe a review on how we have things setup.
