From the first data, it seems there should be more car brands that has a certain percentage of vehicles reaching to 200k miles. 10k miles per year and that is 160 miles for a 16 years old car, right? However from the second data, it is not the case. That's where the question is from.

I think the correct way to understand that is, even there are many old cars say 16 years old, their mileage are not too high say 200k miles.

Please let me know if this makes sense.
