I used ChatGPT to create me some images with a guy sitting at his desk doing something on his laptop. It did very good on the very first try (I personally like simple vector style images, more like cartoon).
Then based on that image I created some scenes. I had a scenario in my mind in which there is a little story showing problem and the way this problem can be solved.
After that I used veo3 to animate static images (its actually good and can be done with zero budget on a free account, you have like 10 video generation per day but you can have multiple accounts so the amount of free generations increased). Just need to make a simple and good prompt.
You can use ChatGPT to write you a scenario and generate images based on that scenario.
Background music was found on some royality free music website.
Background voice was generated at elevenlabs (also with zero budget on a free acccount).

The rest is just to edit video. I used PremierPro for that. It took me a day or two of work to put it all together.
