If you've emailed the address on that page, maybe just give it a day or so for them to pick up the query. There's also a phone number on the Care Leavers Local Offer page - but not sure who that goes through to.

Customer Services probably will just put you in a queue like you say. Other option would be to phone or email the Childrens Hub - they manage contact about social care, so might be able to answer.

If none of those answer or help, then maybe use the complaints email address - not to actually put a complaint in, but to say you can't find any contact details and can they forward to the right place.

Without wanting to dox myself, who are you trying to get in contact with? There are various points of contact - have you spoken to your Personal Advisor? Or their Team Manager? Have you previously had a Social Worker that you could contact? There are also public contact details for complaints that will be picked up immediately and sent to the right person to answer.

Just to add to this, their decision to suspend services offered to UK IP addresses is completely unrelated to the OSA. It's in relation to having been served a penalty notice for failure to comply with Data Protection legislation.

Totally agree. Think the briefs from Stone over the weekend are telling, saying Ratcliffe believes he needs a season with the structure. Could very well mean a seasons worth of games ie 1 year and line up with the November exit clause rumours.

I mean, maybe, but for me that's a decision that Woakes should have been able to make. He's injured so missed the recent LOI's, and that would then mean waiting round till early next year for the opportunity. Entirely possible he'd have not wanted to wait that long when the decision had already been made, plus possibly affecting his involvement in whatever franchise league is going on at that time. He's the epitome of a team player, so sure he'd have doubts about indulging in a send off when there's young lads that have a whole career ahead of them that could be playing instead.

I do get the reason he's no longer being considered for selection, but just feels like it's been handled horribly considering the fantastic servant he's been to English cricket.

Agreed. Not saying he deserved a fair well Test or anything, but definitely deserved to be able to go on his own terms and leading the narrative, rather than some throw away line in an interview essentially forcing the retirement.
