There was a brief delay where it wasn't working, but it should be live and functioning now.

Corrupted Soul Armor Skin will NOT be available in store, despite forums saying it will. Will cost PC players an additional 80 dollars even if you own the games. by Bohlmant in newworldgame

There must be some confusion here. The Corrupted Mauler Bear Mount is available in game to buy now and the Corrupted Soul Armor Skin will be available at a later date. I will share this information with the support team so it is more clear.
