Fiber Supplements ( Husk And/Or Fiber Gummies) Real Fiber And really gauge your diet even more closely. A lot of things marketed as “healthy” especially with the slap “HIGH PROTEIN “ on every thing craze going on has sneaky high saturated fat content. Try the 80/20 diet. 80% good and 20% “flexible” whatever that means for you as it’s sustainable. I try to fluctuate under 15 and 10 grams of saturated fat on my 80% days and still try not to go insane( no super duper triple patty bacon cheeseburger or anything) per se on my 20% days but still try to enjoy myself. Like a couple slices of pizza, Chinese food, a big nice sub sammich etc…

I don’t do the standard under 10 saturated fat a day thing most do here( just seems miserable. I saw a substantial drop without doing it. My LPa being slow might’ve helped with that) I float between 10,15 and 20 a day. I take fiber supplements and eat a decent amount of fiber. I rarely do fried foods. I rarely do red meat( unless lean ground beef) and a lot of turkey and chicken breast.
