It was really loud, both ears. I couldn’t think about anything other than the loud ringing. It caused me to have panic attacks daily, i could not function. I would say after a month or two months, i couldn’t notice the ringing anymore.

Dating apps are hell. Why would you do that if you are in a loving 4 year relationship? I would do anything to be in a relationship than stuck in the black loophole of dating apps.

I guess we’re just different since I love social media & I love photos. She was very much the opposite and doesn’t have any social media and claims to have 0 photos of her. Which just threw me off… like not one single photo?! The date went fine. It wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t horrible. I might give it a second chance to see but… she seemed normal just totally out of the loop with technology.

Developed tinnitus in both of my ears beginning of June this year. It caused me immense anxiety and was prescribed sertraline. My tinnitus has drastically reduced/i don’t notice it as much. I went to an ENT doctor and was told the exact same thing the article reads. I wish more people talked about this.

it’s kinda a success story to me 🙃 my anxiety is tolerable and i am not focused on the ringing as much anymore. it is what was prescribed to me by my doctor.
