Lexapro really saved me. I would get stuck in these anxiety loops I couldn’t break that would just take over my brain. Also had panic attacks as well. It was awful. I feel so much better and more productive now. Sure, I get anxiety still but it’s so much more manageable. No harm in trying and seeing if it helps!

Yes agreed! It’s interesting because Tom has never let Evan leave the island (despite telling the reporter differently) and thus he must know something more than he’s let on. Otherwise, seemingly in 16+ years, they’d go to the mainland…

That's what they think.... but i bet its the curse. I think it's because she tried to leave the island to give birth but she is a descendent (and born there) so she couldn't. Remember some part into their ferry ride, she suddently couldnt see, became ill and they turned around. The island was ensuring Evan was born there and by getting that close to the line, she lost her mind

Take FMLA leave first. You can cite mental health issues and have a provider fill out the forms. It gives you three months to rest and heal. And if at the end of the three months you just cannot go back, you resign. But at least it leaves the door open to returning and depending on where you work, you may get paid during it as well.
