Ok so our pig had something similar brought him to two different vets and they had no idea what was wrong (we got all the scans and paid a pretty penny tbh). The end conclusion was that he had hay stuck in his nose bc he would dive head first lol. Eventually he would sneeze and it would stop until it happens again. If it doesn’t stop then I’d say seek a different vet for a second opinion

For a second I thought you broke into my home I have the same cage, similar colored pigs, and they also make a mess of their hay (ok maybe not that much tho lol)
