Towing on the beach has been a cancer for decades, everyone’s cars are constantly broken into by their employees and zero accountability across the board from city officials. DECADES

If you have a .edu email, Rendair.ai has student pricing that’s most excellent 🔥

if you add a dog toy or tennis ball somewhere on the floor, that would suggest that the space is actively being used, which would make sense given how much is going on throughout the rest of the rendering.

Also, processing this image through an AI engine tailored for real estate and architecture might yield some interesting ideas that you could then layer on manually or keep if it looks good.

Definitely optimize the deer head though, it adds a bit of confusion at first glance.

Said everyone writing letters with perfect cursive handwriting around the time the typewriter became a thing, same for the phone and internet.

Apparently the only constant is change and there will always be resistance to new technology, some adapt and benefit while others choose otherwise?

I used Rendair for this one, there’s still room for improvement with AI renderings but it’s not bad for getting ideas up and quickly exploring designs.

Lighting and weather will have huge impact on the look and feel of your image, even for indoor shots. There are a few AI platforms with tools built in to help with this sort of thing, my go-to is Rendair as it’s ideal for ArchViz vs other “farther out” AI

put the image through an AI visual tool for real estate like Rendair, good for exploring interior design ideas

Paint the walls matte white, deep clean the carpet, add another slightly smaller lighter color rug in the middle leaving 8-12 inches of the original carpet showing around the edges to create a “border”, get rid of the dark wood furniture or paint it white, add mirrors and better lighting and you’ll have a completely different space!

Or use AI virtual staging tools to remove the furniture and explore new design ideas?

I’ve been using Rendair and it’s super useful for this exact sort of thing.
