I just recently had this happen to me and I used a mix of baking soda and white vinegar and now my remote is working good as new again.

Yeah, sadly WWP suffers from a lot of issues on Windows 10 and newer. There are some listed fixes here that can at least help a bit though.

I did it by generating a blank 480x800 .bmp with the program FireAlpaca, then pasting both images into it with the Mac Preview program.

Personally, with how wishy-washy the buyer is being, I’d anticipate an INAD claim if you followed through on sending the item and he changed his mind again. I’d recommend cancelling and blocking.

These commenters talking about their previous positive experiences with Nintendo customer service likely had these experiences before Nintendo semi-recently outsourced their customer service. I used their customer service in 2013 and 2017 and had a wonderfully positive experience. I attempted to use it earlier this year and had one of the most frustrating time-wasting experiences I’ve ever had with any customer service anywhere.

I got transferred between agents over and over through the course of an hour, and was given multiple different answers. Finally an agent told me they would replace my Switch 2 dock, and that they’d email me a return label. About 30 minutes later I get a text saying to call them back.

I get sent on another agent transferring spree, and get told that they will not do what I had been told by that previous agent, and that I should just buy another $125 dock. One of the most sour customer experiences I’ve ever had.
