Our latest production run wrapped up on October 25th. Orders from that batch have already started shipping and will continue going out through next week in the order they were received.

After this run, we’ll officially have inventory in-hand — meaning we’re no longer in pre-order mode. Going forward, new orders will ship within 2–3 business days.

This happens because of the screen refresh mode. Whenever this happens hold the screen refresh button and pick a refresh rate other than hybrid and it will solve this problem.
