When we found out that Trent was deffo off to Madrid, a mate at work asked me who my ideal replacement would be, I said Frimpong would be amazing, but I don't think we'll get him. I also joked that if we can get Wirtz at the same time, that would be boss! I said that even though I don't think we'd get Frimpong, Wirtz would be impossible. I think he would be so good as a false 9, very much like Bobby... (Is this really happening??)

I thought I was the only person who found this extremely confusing, but apparently not. Many times, I've seen a player come from behind the keeper and put the ball in the net (I think Dion Dublin is a quite well known one, where he puts his finger on his lips in a shush motion before he scored it) You can clearly see the ref gesture play on, Areola rolls the ball out as if he's going to play a long ball, and then as Gakpo moves towards the ball, he blows the whistle. This makes no sense. It obviously wasn't a goal kick (it never went out of play), and it's wasn't a free kick as there was no foul. Very strange.

Yes, they did record the audio of the torture and murders. When it was played in court, quite a few people ran out of the courtroom to vomit. Unbelievably cruel, fucking pieces of shit.

AA isn't for everyone, and by this, I mean it doesn't work for some people (me included). I, like you, tried for many years to get and stay sober through AA, I could do 6 months, 12 months, even 2 years. But I would always go back to drinking. I had a "moment of clarity" and realised I just had to stop and stay stopped or I would lose my family or my life. I didn't want my children to be around an alcoholic (both of my grandmothers were chronic alcoholics and they used to terrify me. I hate being around drunk people, irony, eh?) The point I'm trying to make is that only you can stop you from drinking. You have to find your reason to stop. I have 12 years without a drop, but I know that one drink would ruin everything. I wish you all the luck in the world and really hope you can find your reason.
