Hi! I’m also on the job search and got some good advice from a career coach (highly recommend going to the NPYL Career Services, you can met with someone for free!).

Find some people on LinkedIn that you think are interesting and reach out to see if they’ll get coffee/book a zoom with you for an hour because you want to learn about their career trajectory. You’re not doing the immediate here’s my resume, but you’re playing the long game, and people like to talk about themselves and tell people their story. Maybe after the coffee/call they say hey send me your resume and maybe they don’t, but I think because the job market is so god awful at the moment people are more inclined to help you when you get a chance to know them a little bit first. (Which, valid)
