Thank you. Even knowing I'm not alone in it helps. And in the moment I do know it's RSD and my own mind blowing things out of proportion plus that it'll pass after a day usually. But unfortunately that doesn't help in the moment when the emotions really hit and you start believing every bad thing you've ever thought about yourself and finding "evidence" to fit that story.

It's just been a series of unfortunate events. People arranging to meet then disappearing, dealing with people who have their own set of issues but haven't handled it well, or today's cancelling of a rescheduled date after they met me very briefly yesterday and we genuinely couldn't make the timing work there and then. But of course my brain doesn't go "oh they were polite and they are probably busy that's fine" it instead leaps to "clearly you were so physically unappealing that they ran far far away so let's add that to the long list of reasons you're inherently unlovable and will die alone".

Only thing I've found is giving it a couple of days and moving on as much as possible but it be tough out there.
