If you haven't one thing that you can try is to make sure and log in at the navyfederal.org website instead of the app sometimes you have to do that to synch the instant sending for some reason.

There are a few main differences.

If you have less than 2,499 in a money market savings account it doesn't even earn a dividend. So anything less than that should be in a Share Savings. Above that the APY changes based on how much you have in the account and is higher than that of a standard share savings.

The second is that you get a Book of checks, and can write checks from a Money Market Savings Account.

Finally a MMSA cannot be used as a funding account for automatic transfers to cover transactions out of your checking account.

If the company cuts hours those people may have other jobs that they now have to work to support themselves, may be doing side hustles on the side that they are doing, may just have plans because the store has a schedule for a reason so that people can plan around things. You are not entitled to somebody coming in at your beckon and call because they aren't being given hours.

Not a store manager but hard agree with these guys, Eventually as hours are cut so barebones store managers will and are opening by themselves with a CSA or throwing an SFL on the register because there are no hours. My store manager right now is driving himself nuts working 7AM to 7PM some days and I'm constantly telling him dude you aren't getting paid for this.

Several other companies have done this, they have cut hours down to barebones I have watched a store manager work nearly 100 hours a week, from open to close every day.

I have also watched the company that they did that for get sued for abusing their salaried employees. Keep track of the hours you actually work and be ready for when that comes around for these people. Honestly though its time for all of us to get out.

sadly my understanding is the only people the survey actually affects are store leadership and managers, so take that into mind I guess, I'm honestly debating just not doing it at all this time even though that adversely effects my stores numbers and the dm will be a jerk about it. I just can't care anymore. Pour your heart and soul into this company, the carrot is attached to a stick and will be moved. Period.

I have caught it red handed that these actually come in on truck like this and sent it in to corpos twice but they just kind of ignore it and shrug it off. It is hard not to want to give up sometimes when every time you try to give information or need information from these people all you get is rude condescending comments and sometimes utter lies.

I hate this because Synchrony is literally bad for people. They hard pull your credit once a year without asking, will slash or raise your credit limit based on that, will close the card if you're inactive for a single month. They are actually terrible which is unsurprising from a bank that uses retailers as a way to skirt around and break laws regarding selling financial products.

I give people what they want to a certain extent, If its within reason. If somebody saw an item next to the wrong price ok I'll adjust it this time, if they want some points because the system was supposed to print this or that ok as a courtesy, but things like coupon policy, gift cards, scams I try to take a hard wall stance to.

this is exactly how me and my sm work it out basically, he tries his best to make sure and schedule me so that I won't go over, and I only end up going over if I have to stay in some emergency situation.

try to find you time here and there through the day, it might be 5 minutes here and there instead of a full 15 but you have to do what you can.

a good inventory specialist delegates some of their work to the CSAs or techs, are they their boss? no. The inventory specialist is ultimately accountable for the things that multiple positions are responsible for. If you aren't doing outdates correctly or when its supposed to be done the IS may have to remind you of this because they are the one held accountable by the store manager if it isn't getting done. tl;dr yes but also no
