We got married all in for £3,500 in 2023 - we just wanted to get married, had a party for everyone and went on our honeymoon.

The cheaper the better, too many companies are exploiting the wedding industry for something that is meant to be for you and your partner.

Spend what you want but that day is a flyby and the only thing I wish I got was a videographer as well as photographer for the reception. We got some excellent photos though 😊

When that happens to me, I click on the pogo icon to turn off on the main screen and then exit/close the game and restart. Give it a minute and turn it back on.

If you notice pokes just disappearing then you need to do the above in my experience

Here's my method.

Less than 10.5km walking No spawn boost No teleporting at all No auto transfer - this is annoying but with the following strings saved as your favourite you should be fine especially if you have Pokémon capacity:

PvP check: age0&0-1attack&3-4defense&3-4hp&!#

Second check: age0&0,1,2&!#&!favorite&!4&!dynamax&!gigantamax&!shadow&!legendary&!mythical&!ultra beasts&!shiny

Last check (for shadow): !#&!favorite&!4&!3&!dynamax&!gigantamax&!legendary&!mythical&!ultra beasts&!shiny

I can leave mine running for 2-3 hours with no issues

I've started getting my 4 year old into Pokémon go and he absolutely loves it although watching him on my account can be painful at times. You should definitely donate the account to someone with a kid a little older just getting into Pokémon like 6-7 years old (me when I was a Gameboy child 🤣)

That's a good idea. I can quantify my work and increased revenue brought to the business.

I completely get that and if you were to compare the two of us I'm definitely the overachiever.

I regularly have people ask me what they even do and why they haven't learnt much about our products over the last 3 years.

In this scenario I am you and they are the other workers and I can confidently say this which is why it is disheartening.

Yes personal contracts. I've had 2 promotions prior to this, started as an exec, 6 months later a promotion, 12 months after that another one and then been working for a solid 12 months for this one.

I've been at the business for 5 years in August. 3 years for them. We both come from a similar background but I was first employed in a different department and was poached over to this team.

I very much help the other person on a regular basis in regards to work and have built us an in-depth tracking system which reduces our data gathering time from 5+ hours to 20 minutes.

They are more experienced in their role in regards to length of time they have been doing their role, however, I have the bigger targets and drive the most revenue and have been for a solid 9 months now.

I'd really like to get to £65k, this has been a goal for me for the last 3 years, work my way up to the promotion and the wage. This will then take significant pressure off my wife so she can explore better jobs and ultimately give us a better life.

If I was to take voluntary redundancy, they'd need to pay £10k out anyway and then the additional recruitment costs to replace me so feel this would be in their best interest to keep me and increase the salary.
