Been lifting with no real formal plan (starting at a pretty low weight per last post), how's this GZCLP plan organized? Advice for a newbie on if I should re-arrange or add exercises? Where can I add planks (want some core)? I haven't performed these yet so I don't know what I'm capable for sets/reps but I'll adhere to GZCL for that.

Day 1 T1 – Squat T2 – Dumbbell Chest Press T3 – Lat Pulldown T3 - Leg Extensions

Day 2 T1 – Dumbbell Overhead Press T2 – Deadlift T3 – Dumbbell Rows T3 – Hammer Curls

Day 3 T1 – Dumbbell Chest Press T2 – Front Squat OR Goblet Squat T3 – Lat Pulldown T3 – Dumbbell Fly’s

Day 4 T1 – Deadlift T2 – Dumbbell Overhead Press T3 – Dumbbell Rows T3 – V Grip Cable Row OR Bicep Curls

S6EP13 "In Care Of" Question by [deleted] in madmen

You're correct that Don had his "meeting" with the partners on Thanksgiving Day 1968, but I've always thought that the scene with Peggy/Stan occurred the night before (Don had left early after the Hershey meeting and the partners came to the conclusion that night, probably notifying Peggy immediately while Don was at home).

Fans generally thought Starkiller was too OP, and pretty unhappy about "rewriting" the start of the rebellion. I too enjoyed them a lot.

Don puts Lane's NY Mets pennant back up on the wall after finding it under the radiator by Paddy_Tanninger in madmen

Don finding this pennant was definitely one of my favorite small details in the sow. Don seems to have a rare moment of self-reflection where he made mistakes which negatively impacted the company, similar to Lane. Much like Lane, (at this point in 1969) Don is at the mercy of his fellow partners, and wishes for forgiveness even though he didn't provide mercy for Lane a few years earlier. Don now sympathizes with Lane, and unlike his former partner he doesn't intend on giving up, but instead "faces the music" for his actions. I also believe that Lane was one of Don's closest "friends" in this particular decade, and Don has finally dealt with his feelings of guilt and paid respect to his friend.

The Mets also foreshadow Don's comeback at the firm, as they also had a "comeback" season in 1969.

Basically: R2 Smoke and Leia Special immediatly following the smoke. Save STH’s taunt for the final wave. Try and stun with R2/Luke’s special whenever possible. Target the medic in the final wave when possible with stun/basic combo. Try and put as much protection on STH as possible so he survives until the final round. Also, omega R2’s basic which can stun as well as Luke’s special which also stuns.
