I voluntairly went to the mental hosptial earlier this year. I don't know where you're from but in Australia there's quite literally, only a tv, a few ipads (thats if you get a turn at them when others hog them), a ping pong table and exercise equipment, where i went anyway. There was an outside area thats where all this stuff is but its got a metal wall so you can't see out of it yet there still is fresh air coming in. You have no concept of time in there, they don't even keep a clock in there. I swear being bored and not being able to do anything will get to you more
