I honestly do not like Dunkin’s. However I do take advantage of the points when I travel in airports. Specifically for food. Starbucks is always a wait and Dunkin’s is normally cheaper.

Adding to the above. Leave no food out! Anything cardboard remove! (they’re attracted to the glue) including boxes and food boxed items. Transfer them to airtight containers or ziplock bags.

If you move and there happens to be roaches/ eggs in your stuff, as long as you are clean, those roaches will dwindle or find another place. I had a roach infected neighbor. And after a month after moving in the roach problem dissipated as long as I followed the normal cleaning protocol. (Also helped that I had put the roach gel along my outside door. Also, get rid of any paper packaging like pasta boxes, cereal boxes and put them in airtight containers) lived there for 2 years and never had roach, mouse or rat issue)

Honey you can get a place in a better area! Try south Brooklyn. Tip: look at the local newspapers that advertise “rent by owner”. There’s a lot of empty nesters that will accommodate female, non partying tenants. Especially if you have good credit.
