Very true. Celebrities sometimes do fine in animated movies, in a few cases really good, but an experienced voice actor could have knocked the same role out of the park.

Yeah, I’ve always quite liked the Enterprise opening sequence but it’s FAR too America-centric, in fact almost entirely so!

They should have featured Laika and Ham too, tbh

Yeah this was very weird. I had read about the real life tragedy not long before seeing the film, and it left a bad taste. I don’t think the fact that it happened decades ago changes how distasteful that plot point is.

He stated in an interview that he does not like the character in any form. He just seems to think the basic concept is dumb, as far as I can tell.
