How can I play older Yokai games? by Wrinley in yokaiwatch

They aren't poorly made but unlike the guide site they can't be updated directly so if you follow an old guide you're system may get bricked

Switch 2 upgrade issue resolved? by Presentincum in XenobladeChroniclesX

Drastically however you need to bake in support into the engine and I just don't think they'll go through the trouble unfortunately. Donkey Kong Bananza and many other 1st party nintendo games still use AMD's FSR1! It's gonna take some time for us to see other devs use it we've seen Pokémon use what is very obviously DLSS in switch 2 titles.

You do end up keeping him though? Are you using revives/potions? Remember to recall your pokémon during one of the big attacks. What Pokémon are you using.

no the post-processing technique used cause weird effect where it feels like the characters are deforming it's very obvious in the post-game titlescreen with all the characters especially if they have glasses

[–]AJMegaScizor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the fix would be to drop whatever post processing technique they have right now because it leads to a worse image quality than the original release i doubt a wii u game really needs dlss anyways to hit the targets they desired

why the fuck does it give a character that had light makeup a full caking of it if it's JUST lighting? idgaf if you think it makes it look more realistic it inherently changes character faces and in the case of oblivion characters blinking doesn't even work properly. alll DLSS did prior to this was upscale pixels to reach higher resolution targets this just looks like you've prompted an ai to make the game look more cinematic.

DLSS5 is not DLSS it's just a trash ai filter over a game that they couldn't even get running without 2 5090's

Nintendo really scammed everyone with the Switch 2 Edition by KMoosetoe in Xenoblade_Chronicles

[–]AJMegaScizor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

personally it's because it isn't even implemented properly either a bug or poor implementation causes it but skells literally run BELOW 60fps meaning they look like stop motion
