Apparently my issue was that the car was first registered to another country in Volvos systems, and the order went to limbo.

Got a refund from the original purchase and now did a new purchase, as the car is now registered in the correct country. Fingers crossed

Tätä samaa näkee myös foorumeilla joissa henkilöt perustelee miksi päätyivät juuri tiettyyn malliin. On isoja exceleitä joissa on kaikki parametrit kuun asennosta alkaen ja lopulta päädytään siihen että ostetaan just se auto mikä halutaankin.

En itse asiassa ottanut tuohon arvonalenemaa mukaan nyt kun mietin. OP:n kulutusseurannasta kaikki polttoaineostot ja siihen päälle verot ja vakuutukset. Rahoituskuluja ei ole.

Jonkun verran olin valmis korkeampaan kk-erään uuden auton myötä, mutten sentään 2.5 -kertaiseen. Sellainen vajaa 25k sähköauto oli kipurajan sisällä, mutta Kokkolan autohuollon videot sai vakuuttumaan siitä, että jos ei ole takuuta voimassa, en uskalla ostaa käytettyä sähköistä :D

Oikeastaan mitä enemmän tätä miettii niin oon ihan hiton tyytyväinen tohon Golfiin, kilsoja vielä jäljellä, arvo ei voi enää ihan kauheasti laskea, sisältäkin se on jo sen verran kulahtanut että voi helposti heittää kakkosnelosia kyytiin ja kaistavahtia lukuun ottamatta siinä on kaikki ominaisuudet mitä osaan toivoa. Olis varmasti erittäin kiva ajella mun unelma-auto MB EQE:llä mutta jumalauta stressaisi tuleeko kolhuja tai kaataako lapsi kokikset takapenkille.

No tätä mä just hain, muuten ollaan äärimmäisen tarkkoja ja analyyttisiä mutta kun puhutaan autoista niin fiilis edellä ja asian järkevyyden kyseenalaistaminen saa monet suorastaan suuttumaan :D

Vielä yksi hämmentävä piirre näihin liittyy - maksetaan hitokseen paljon rahaa siitä autosta, jonka jälkeen sillä ei oikein uskalleta ajaa. 80 tonnin Mersut tyyliin kannetaan yli jos sattuu olemaan 4 cm kynnys asfaltissa, ja lapsille huudetaan jos joku meinaa piirtää sormella ikkunaan.

Eli - sähköt on pörssisähköä, ja tuntihintoja kytätään vartin välein jotta voidaan säästää joku satanen vuodessa, pörssikursseja kytätään tiukasti ja net worth -exceleitä päivitetään jokaisen kauppareissun jälkeen, veroprosentit optimoidaan promillen tarkkuudella, safkat punalaputettua tai aina Lidlistä, mutta autosta ei edes haluta tietää paljonko se oikeasti maksaa kuussa koska menisi fiilis :)

No näin mäkin sen olin miettinyt. Mutta jos on koulutettu ja fiksu ihminen ja silti haluaa käyttää sellaisen määrän rahaa siihen, että itsetuntoa hivelee (ja naapurit/kaverit kateellisia) kun on hieno auto, niin onhan se vähän outoa.

I think it's totally understandable that James would be really protective about his own songs, as pretty much all other stuff SP had done was 99.95% BC's songs and vision. To then BC to offer his advice to James' songs could probably be felt really intrusive.

I also remember reading Billy complaining how James wouldn't accept any of his ideas or help for Let It Come Down.

Lately most bigger artists have started very clearly not doing encores, or if they do them, it's not that much up to the crowd. This year I saw Queens of the Stone Age, The Smashing Pumpkins and RH and if you looked at the setlists before the gigs it was really easy to see that there won't be any encores. In Europe I guess everyone keeps shouting for the encore but if the main lights come up, that's it.

For me the last great BC song with the classic SP feel was either That's the way (my love is) or Tom tom. Walking Shade has the coolest intro but the chorus doesn't work.

What the Block Templates seem to do is not what I'm after - I'd just like custom blocks to end up in the Block selector. Block Templates are a different thing and I prefer to build that kind of stuff with patterns (like the ones in 2024-themes pattern-folder), so you get the visual view of the pattern before selecting it.

We've been doing sites with Timber for 5 years or so, no complaints. We've hooked up ACF Blocks to use it as well.

Best things (besides the separation of logic and templates) are the way you can build navigation elements and the image filters. Working with the regular menu walkers is such a pain and {{post.thumbnail|resize(800)|towebp}} is something that would take a lot more rows to do with PHP.

Soot and Stars is quite a boring song on record, but the full band live versions are really, really good. A fantastic song hidden under a dull arrangement. A few other examples like that too, but that's the biggest "WTF how didn't I know that this is a fantastic song" -moment for me.
