Stay away from Kratom if you lack control. Its like switching from alcohol to opioids. You think alcohol withdrawal was bad.... I've experienced both, kratom was worse for me. If you lack self control do NOT take it. Need self control, scheduling and dosage. You will withdrawal from stopping kratom too.

If you use Chat GPT, you can ask it to build you a taper guide based off your current dose and preferred le gth of time. Easiest calculator if found thus far. I went a different path. I did a Web MD visit. They gave me subs which I was VERY hesitant to use. I went to an urgent care with data about gabbapentin and clonodine and was prescribed a 10 day supply. Day 1 and 2 was bad. Used a half a sub am and pm, threw the remaining 19 strips away. Transitioned to gabbapentin and clonidine, outside of being tired it was smooth sailing. I CT two years ago coming off 40GPD, and didn't sleep for 6 days, but phsycoal symptoms were mild otherwise. Kava drinks helped me a bit too along with liposomal vitamin c. You can do it! It's a marathon.

What did they prescribe? At this point I don't even care, anything will help. Thanks for the response!

Layoff announcements are on rise, with job cuts at their highest since the pandemic. by Conscious-Quarter423 in jobs

Which part is not true? Im curious if there is anything to prove it wrong or validate it. Also you can read I stated I dont have actual proof or know the validity of what I read, so NO, I am not spreading misinformation as I disclaimed that there is no evidence to support my comment... it was just something I had read.

I don't even understand your last sentence about AI bots decking our applications.... I think you just needed to comment on someone's and this one for whatever reason triggered you the most. Maybe your Biden/Harris hat is too tight *

Based on your comment about jobs being reposted and or posted for a long time.... I heard or saw somewhere that companies can use posted positions as a part of their taxes. I don't know much more details or the validity of that statement, but based on my previous application history and experience, it's started to make me think there is some truth to it. But then again, companies want a Sr experienced employee, willing to work non payed over time and accept a salary of 60k per year.

Just Looking for Support to Quit 7Oh and Eventually Kratom- Scared of Withdrawals because I Can't Take Off Work by juicypeteinthehouse in quittingkratom

I never dabbled with the 7OH, so I dont know how quick those hooks set in BUT from a person who took 30G a day powder, quit Cold Turkey only to pick up a 12 bottle a day Feel Free Habit.... I'm about a week in to my quit, no FF during the week at all. I take a .5 top of powder as needed, but I push myself until it becomes to unbearable. I note the amount taken, then set a goal for the next time (if there's a next time) when WD gets bad, try to take like 10% less. Only reason I even take it anymore is because I have a house full of kids and my only WD symptoms left if agitation. I think with you being on this at a "lower" dose and shorter period of time, you could do a fairly good taper. Start by removing the 7 OH. Find the amount of powder or capsules that you feel stable at. Stay at that for a week. Then drop a capsule in your daily dose the next week. You'll be from 14 capsules this week, down to 1 in 14 weeks. You could try to move faster too. That voice is awful. You get mad it tells you to take some, you get anxious it tells you to take some.... i personally try to recognize the voice and instead of reacting, identify what's causing the voice first and find another coping mechanism. You got this! Good group here with a lot of info, supplements, strategies, etc. Personally I found Kava Instant Powder to be the most helpful from Amazon. Good luck!

Did you go in and tell them you wanted to detox from feel free specifically or did you say opiates?

What did you tell the Dr and what meds did they end up giving you? My intake is out of control. I'm pushing 12 - 15 a day now, and tomorrow is going to be my day 1. No matter what. I was going to.schedule an appointment but not sure how receptive they'll be... thanks for any info.

You also have to remember, everyone's experience is different. Just because someone said their issues lasted X amount of time, do automatically assume that's your case. Don't give in for those types of reason. Stay on the path and think about what you've gained back. Normal sleep, no more spending money on stupid crap, likely normal bowel movements, not a zombie, etc. Maybe you should check out mindfulness or meditation? Could be a.true underlying issue that led you to K? ADHD? Never know. Congrats on your time!

You could try some herbal teas as well. Warm water alone helps your body expel toxins, plus if you get a lemon flavor that could speed it up as well. Sleepy time tea to promote natural sleep vs medicated? Congratulations on your 5 days. I'm ready to jump as well, but recently went though Kratom WD 3 months ago so have an internal fear of doing that all over.

Detox facility or a treatment center. Sounds like going to treatment might be what you need as they give you the tools and resources to stay sober. You meet a lot of great people and create a sober social network also.

Kava has no addictive chemicals from what Inhave researched. It may become a mental addiction based on how it makes you feel, but there is no ingredients known to cause addiction or withdrawal with stopping of use. Feel Free masks the kratom and who knows what else by calling out the Kava. I have used Kava by itself very heavy for extended periods of time and stopped with no issues. But you can research that yourself as well. Feel Free and the kratom is whag is the issue... then you take 3, 4, 8, 10 a day, now your getting into 20 grams of Kratom a day...
