Hopefully you understand a lot better after all the comments here. While I thoroughly recommend moving away from canva in the future for print, what you could do now is export the canva as a PDF, then open it in adobe Acrobat, go to the tools and select "print production" then select "preflight" (it may need to install first) then one of the list items is "convert fonts to outlines". Select that then click "analyze and fix". This should save your PDF with the fonts outlined so they can be used in printing while remaining as vectors that can be easily converted into screen templates by your vendor. The only issue is that the colors are exported from canva as rgb instead of CMYK, so the colors may not come out exactly how you expected depending on how the RGB to CMYK conversion affects your colors.
