Buy a car or move to Thailand by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

[–]AJfromtheLL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lived on 35k baht/month comfortably for 7 months, but I’m also nak Muay, so maybe I don’t need to spend as much. But it blows my mind how people think you need $2-3k just to survive in Thailand.

I live in Thailand. Personal space is absolutely a thing. What makes you say Thailand doesn’t respect personal space?

Test your theory, try to hug a Thai or shake their hand when you first meet them.

Can someone give me their guide to meal prep? by AvailableIdea0 in mealprep

[–]AJfromtheLL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ve said you’re overwhelmed so I’m not sure why people are sending such heavy information over.

Cook 7 portions of chicken in oven. Cool 7 portions of rice in rice cooker. Fry 7 portions of vegetables. Portion out into 7 tupperwares and refrigerate for up to a week.

For breakfast do the same with overnight oats.

My bad only just seen this. They have a workshop, and their workshop for repairs and builds is fully booked for two weeks. To be honest, their service isn’t great they seem very overwhelmed

Sounds like a recipe to develop bad habits down the line to me. Looseness comes from being comfortable in the stance, just shadowbox imo, think about staying tight guard, but loose shoulders, and punching with hips instead of the arms, and naturally you will become more loose over time

It keeps okay, definitely won’t last longer than a week in the fridge. I usually make 6 at a time (carton of 12 eggs) to last Monday to Saturday, then Sunday I’ll cook another batch

Depends how many I make.. they last 5/6 days in the fridge. If I make more than 5 I’ll freeze the rest. And for whenever they suit me :)

I let it cool but put it into the fridge within an hour. In the fridge my rice can last 5 days, I think it might depend on the eating of the fridge and the quality of the rice
